MAGICART has recently completed comprehensive pre-shipment factory testing for a 10T Single Girder Electric Rubber Tyre Gantry Crane scheduled for delivery to Australia.
At this stage, the crane has not yet been painted, as it is undergoing full functional and load testing. All key operations, including lifting, traveling, braking, and electrical control, were carefully inspected under both no-load and rated-load conditions. Once the testing process is fully completed and verified, the crane will be disassembled and transferred to the painting workshop, where a high-quality surface treatment will be applied to ensure long-term durability and corrosion resistance for overseas operation.
Designed for flexible material handling, this 10-ton rubber tyre gantry crane combines a compact single-girder structure with electric drive technology, allowing smooth and stable lifting performance while maintaining easy mobility without the need for rail installation. The rubber tyre configuration enables efficient movement across workshops and outdoor yards, making the crane well suited for warehouses, fabrication areas, and light industrial applications where space utilization and operational flexibility are critical.

Throughout the manufacturing and testing process, MAGICART’s engineering team worked closely with quality control specialists to ensure the crane meets international export standards and the specific requirements of the Australian market. In addition to strict factory testing, MAGICART provides complete technical documentation, installation guidance, and responsive after-sales support, helping clients reduce commissioning time and operate the equipment with confidence.

By completing thorough testing before surface finishing and shipment, MAGICART once again demonstrates its commitment to delivering reliable, well-engineered lifting solutions backed by professional service and long-term support.
