80T Rail Mounted Gantry Crane Loaded for Southeast Asia Delivery

MAGICART has recently completed the factory loading and transportation preparation of an 80T Rail Mounted Gantry Crane ordered by a customer in Southeast Asia. With a 20-meter span, the crane has now been loaded for transportation to Qingdao Port, marking an important step toward its overseas delivery.

The equipment was manufactured according to the customer’s lifting requirements and project specifications. The 80T Rail Mounted Gantry Crane is designed with a 20-meter span to provide an effective working range for heavy lifting and material handling operations. Its rail-mounted configuration enables stable and controlled crane movement along the designated working area, making it suitable for applications requiring regular and precise heavy-load handling.

Before loading, MAGICART’s production and quality teams completed the necessary inspections of the main structure, lifting components, traveling system, and related equipment. The crane was then systematically dismantled and arranged for transportation according to the shipment plan.

After leaving the factory, the equipment will be transported to Qingdao Port for export shipment to the Southeast Asian customer. For large lifting equipment, efficient packing, loading, and transportation coordination are essential parts of project execution. MAGICART’s team carefully organizes each stage to help ensure the equipment arrives safely and is ready for subsequent installation at the customer’s site.
